D-Digit Gel Scanner is a system designed for detection nucleic acids with fluorescent safe stained.

  • Safeguard your lab and research. Minimize exposure to UV light when you adquire the images of yours gels, using LED technology that don´t damage the samples. Moreover, eliminate the risk of ethidium bromide exposure. The D-DiGit Gel Scanner allows the use of safe stains, like SYBR® The D-DiGit detects a variety of safe stains that have an excitation maxima of approximately 490 nm and emission greater than 520 nm.
  • Strengthen your data. Get excellent sensitivity to detect DNA and RNA on agarose gels. with a blue LED light source and high-resolution CCD detectors, the D-DiGit Gel Scanner detects as little as 0.04 ng of nucleic acid per band.
